The library is experiencing an issue related to security certificates and access to our databases through our proxy server. We are working hard to resolve this, but in the meantime there is a workaround you can use to access the databases.

The solution is to proceed through some sort of “advanced”/”add exception”/”continue” process depending on the browser being used.

“Invalid certificate” (Opera)

“Connection is not private” (Chrome)

“There’s a problem with this website’s security certificate” (IE and Edge)

“Your connection is not secure” (Firefox)
