Q. I don't have enough money on my card to print my documents. What do I do?

Option 1: Add money using the SandDollar$ customer service terminal in the library.

The terminal only accepts cash in $1, $5, $10, or $20 bills and does not give change.

Option 2: Add money to your card in the SandDollar$ office in the University Center.

The office accepts debit cards and checks in addition to cash.

Option 3: Put money on your Sanddollar$ card online

You can also deposit money onto your Sanddollar$ card online via https://mysanddollars.tamucc.edu. $1 minimum is required and there is a 2.3% convenience fee.

Option 4: Pay for your print job with a debit or credit card.

You can now pay at the printing kiosks across campus with a debit/credit card as well. There will be a $.40 fee for every transaction, or you can transfer funds from your credit/debit card to a wepa account. A $5 minimum deposit is required to add money to the account.
