There are two things to check when you are having this problem.

1) Choose either Firefox or Chrome to print, not Microsoft Edge. When printing from Microsoft Edge, the printers will automatically charge you the fee for double-sided color, regardless if you specified black and white or single-sided.

2) Make sure you have chosen the correct print option before you send the print job. There are several print options (or drivers) associated with the WEPA print system. If you want black and white prints, be sure that you have selected that option before you print.
