NOTICE: Due control measures in place as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, visitors to campus are permitted only when their visit is crucial to the University’s mission. Visitors will no longer be allowed to use computers or printers in the library. Visitors will not be allowed access to the I-Create space at this time. Visitors may get access to Special Collections and Archives by appointment only.

Visitors and guests of Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi may use Mobile Print kiosks by emailing print@wepanow.com or by creating a Wepa account.

Option 1: Email

  1. Log in to your Email
  2. Attach Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, or PowerPoint) or PDF document(s)
  3. Send email to print@wepanow.com. Wepa will place your files in a Guest account.
  4. You will receive an email reply with a Wepa code when your files are ready
  5. Visit any printing kiosk on campus and select ‘Don’t have a card? Tap here‘ at bottom
  6. Select ‘I have Wepa Code‘ from menu
  7. Enter 6 alpha-numberic Wepa code then ‘Submit
  8. Select the file to print and your payment method (credit/debit - a $0.40 transaction fee will apply to all credit/debit card purchases)
  9. Collect your print job

Printing in Color/Duplex as a Visitor or Guest Using Email

  1. Log in to your Email
  2. Attach Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, or PowerPoint) or PDF document(s)
  3. In first line of email body, enter Color and/or Duplex (double-sided) to print with these settings.
    • For PowerPoint options:
      • Powerpoint presentations will be printed as Full Page Slides unless specified with  one of the below options:

        slides or slides1 – Slides handouts or handouts1 – Handouts, one per page handouts2 or slides2 – Handouts, two per page handouts3 or slides3 – Handouts, three per page handouts4 or slides4 – Handouts, four per page handouts6 or slides6 – Handouts, six per page handouts9 or slides9 – Handouts, nine per page notespages – NotesPages: portrait orientation with each slide in upper half and lower half blank for notes outline – Outline: all slides in order with outline of text.

  4. Send email to print@wepanow.com. Wepa will place your files in a Guest account.
  5. You will receive an email reply with a Wepa code when your files are ready
  6. Visit any printing kiosk on campus and select ‘Don’t have a card? Tap here‘ at bottom
  7. Select ‘I have Wepa Code‘ from menu
  8. Enter 6 alpha-numberic Wepa code then ‘Submit
  9. Select the file to print and your payment method (credit/debit - a $0.40 transaction fee will apply to all credit/debit card purchases)
  10. Collect your print job

Note: Each document will have its own individual wēpa code. Guest users will need to enter each individual wēpa code at the Print Station if printing multiple documents.

Option 2: Create a Wepa Account as a Visitor or Guest

  1. Register using the online form on Wepa's website
  2. In the "Select School" drop-down list, select A Guest User and click the "Register" tab
  3. Fill out the information requested and submit form
  4. Once your account is created, you will receive confirmation that your registration is complete
  5. Print from a USB drive and pay with a credit/debit card. A $0.40 transaction fee will apply to all credit/debit card purchases

Deposit Funds to Your Wepa Account

  1. Log in to your Wepa account and click Deposit Funds
  2. Complete the Billing Address and Credit Card Details sections on the online form
  3. Select the amount of money you would like to deposit. Please note that there is a $5.00 minimum deposit required

Print with Your Wepa Account

  1. Upload your files to your Wepa account from a computer lab, personal computer, or mobile device
  2. Visit any kiosk on campus and follow the screen prompts to release your print job
