Donation boxes will be in the front vestibule (between the front doors and the entrance gates) unless otherwise agreed upon. Prior approval must be granted before any collection boxes can be placed. The following information will need to be provided on the box:

  • Name of organization/unit responsible
  • Cause or Event supported by the donations
  • Time frame when donations will be accepted
  • Items desired
  • Point of contact (this should be someone who is frequently on campus) We’ll need name, cell phone, and email
