Some materials have to be used in the library. Examples include:

  • Periodicals (call number on book starts with Per)
  • Reference materials (call number on book starts with Ref)
  • Books from Special Collections
  • Items on 3-hour reserve

In rare cases, exceptions may be made. Inquire at the Circulation Desk for more details.

Scanners are available in the library to scan pages from materials that cannot be checked out.
