Yes! We have a publication agreement with Cambridge Journals, where all TAMU-CC authors can publish at no additional charge to the author or the library. We also have a discount to publish with Elsevier. 

In addition, if you are publishing your work in a fully open access venue, the library has funding to cover publishing costs for authors. You can learn more by visiting the library's Open Access Publication Fund page.
