To request a library computer lab or library classroom for a faculty-taught or librarian-taught class please fill out this form: Lab Reservation or Instruction Session Request Form.
Currently Computer Lab 1 (library room 109, seats 30 students and 1 instructor station) and the Active Learning Classroom (library room 126, seats 42 students and 1 instructor station) are available for reservations following the guidelines listed below:
General Guidelines
The Active Learning Classroom is a Bring Your Own Device learning space. Students will need to bring their own devices or check out a laptop from one of the Library Laptop Checkout Kiosks. (There is a kiosk on each floor).
Computer labs are reserved for library instruction and first-year program classes until October 15/March 15 of each fall and spring semesters.
Library classrooms or computer labs cannot be reserved for semester-long classes.
Please give at least 1 week notice in advance.
